A company seat with an office behind it

Your company gets its legal address at a staffed office in Zug. We handle the formalities for the entry in the commercial register.

  • A company seat as the legal domicile for registering your company in the commercial register.
  • With your name on the mailbox, we receive your mail every day and forward it to you. On request, we send your documents by Swiss Post.
  • Our meeting rooms are ready for your shareholder meetings, drinks included.
